Divernon Rd, Auburn, IL 62615 Edgewood Gun Club Hours: o Monday & Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM o Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Transfer & Pick-Up Process o Firearm paperwork and pickup will be handled through Edgewood Gun Club. o Firearms may be picked up after the required waiting period. o Firearms may also be shipped to your local FFL dealer (buyer is responsible for all FFL arrangements and costs). o Transfer Fee: $15 per firearm, payable to Edgewood Gun Club. ________________________________________ FIREARM & AMMUNITION TERMS Illinois Residents: o Must present a valid FOID card to purchase firearms or ammunition. FFL Shipping: o Firearms can be shipped to licensed FFL dealers. o Ammunition shipping is restricted in certain states-buyers are responsible for knowing their local regulations. Ammunition Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship ammunition to the following locations: o California o New York o Connecticut o Massachusetts o New Jersey o Washington D.C. o Hawaii o Alaska Federal Compliance: o Recipients must not be prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition under federal law. Black Powder Firearms: o Must show valid documentation to purchase. ________________________________________ GENERAL AMMUNITION REGULATIONS Age Requirements: o Must be 18+ to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition. o Must be 21+ to purchase handgun ammunition. Prohibited Possession: o Individuals convicted of felonies, domestic violence misdemeanors, or those subject to restraining orders are prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition. Export Restrictions: o Exporting ammunition without proper licensing violates the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Verification: o Appropriate state documentation (FOID, permits, etc.) must be provided before firearm or ammunition transfer/shipment. Ben Ladage Auctions will coordinate with buyers and Edgewood Gun Club to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws. ________________________________________ BUYER'S PREMIUM & PAYMENT: o A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each item. o A 3% discount is available for cash, check, or non-credit card payments if requested before the auction closes. o Accepted payment forms: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, debit card, cash, or approved check. o Checks are only accepted with prior approval or established business history. Checks with a bank letter of credit may also be accepted-please call our office in advance. o Invoices are billed to the registered credit card immediately following the auction. If shipping is selected, a separate invoice will be sent for shipping and handling. _______________________________________ FOLLOWING THE AUCTION: Winning bidders will receive both an email and text message with pickup or shipping options. o If pickup is selected: You'll receive complete pickup instructions based on the contact info provided at registration. o If shipping is selected: Our in-house shipping team will package your items. You'll then receive a separate invoice with total shipping and handling fees. ________________________________________ SHIPPING INFORMATION: o Shipping is available on most items and handled in-house via Shipping Saint. o You'll receive an email and text to choose pickup or shipping. o If shipping is selected, you'll get a second message with shipping/handling totals after packaging. o We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx-always selecting the most cost-effective method. o Allow up to 15 business days for shipping after the pickup date (most items ship within 5 business days). o We do not ship large/heavy items unless pre-approved prior to auction close. o We do not accept outside shipping labels or provide shipping quotes. o Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, which are non-refundable. ________________________________________ ITEM DESCRIPTIONS, INSPECTIONS & DISCLAIMERS: o All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties, guarantees, refunds, or returns of any kind. o Descriptions regarding condition, age, origin, or rarity are opinions only-not guaranteed. o The bidder is solely responsible for determining value and authenticity. o We strongly encourage in-person inspection during preview hours. o The auctioneer is not responsible for errors in descriptions or missed bids (online, absentee, or otherwise). o Auction day announcements take precedence over any prior marketing. ________________________________________ PICK-UP POLICY - PLEASE READ: o All items must be picked up during the scheduled pickup time. If you cannot pick up during this window, do not bid. o Items not picked up will be forfeited and become property of Ben Ladage Auctions unless other arrangements are made in advance. o We understand emergencies happen and will try to accommodate when possible-but communication is key. o If we must retrieve and transport your items back to Auburn, a minimum $25 per item fee will be charged to cover labor and logistics. ________________________________________ ABSENTEE BIDDING & TECH SUPPORT: o Can't attend the auction close? Use maximum bidding-our system will incrementally bid on your behalf. o This is a soft close auction: if a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of a lot, bidding for that lot extends by 3 minutes. o Lots close in staggered intervals. o New to online bidding?
