Basso Estate Furniture Auction in Tellico Village, TN

Here is another great auction being brought to you by Charles and Jon for JD's Realty and Auction in Tellico Village in Loudon, TN. This auction has some really great furniture pieces for your home. Family is relocating to Florida and cannot take it with them. Their loss can be your gain. Some vintage and newer furniture are included. The lots that are in the basement can go out a back door and up an outdoor stairway to the driveway. You will need to bring your own help to load these items. DO NOT come by yourself to get a couch, for example. If you cannot load these items, we request that you hire someone to do it for you. Thank you.IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please pay extra attention to the pickup days and times. Pickup is only 5 hours long from 10am to 3pm. There is NO SHIPPING with this auction. All items MUST be picked up in the designated time frame. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your items.NOTICE: We are no longer taking items back to our office for pickup. All items not picked up or designated as shipping will be forfeited. Those who require shipping, your items will be dropped at our third-party shipper after the conclusion of pickup. The only exception to this will be items such as jewelry or coins, which will be shipped from our office. All questions concerning shipping or our new policies should be directed to our office or the shipping company.Please bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. Please bring boxes or bags to load the large lots of items. Also, please note pick up days and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate. If you cannot make these times, then please do not bid. We will not be able to be at the estate other than the days posted for pick up.
