Onine Only On-Site Auction - Friday September 26 2025 - First Lot Closes at 10AM. From the lifetime collection of Mikki & Bill Stockwell of Spencer IN. Mikki & Bill were collectors their entire life, filling their beautiful Spencer home with treasures from a lifetime of acquisitions. The home is a spectacular brick mansion built before the Civil War in the 1850's. This will be the complete auction of the contents of Bill and Mikki's home and garage. We may add items to this auction up to Friday September 19. See photos for details and condition as all items are sold as-is. The auction is being conducted online in Spencer on-site and all items will be sold and picked up at the residence in Spencer IN. Please watch for pickup details in your invoice when the auction closes. All pickups must be completed in the times listed in our auction details and on your invoice. The entire pickup will be by scheduled appointment so make sure to pay attention and schedule your slot. Items not picked up in the allotted, scheduled times will become the property of the auction company. There will be no pickup at the EDS Auction facility in Bloomington. AUCTION ENDS on Friday September 26 2025 starting at 10AM with a soft, staggered close. BUYERS PREMIUM 20% with 3% cash discount pick up days only. CHECKOUT/PICKUP will be ON-SITE ONLY on Saturday September 27 from 9:00 to 1:00 and Monday September 29 from 1:00 to 6:00 BY APPOINTMENT. THIS IS AN ON-SITE AUCTION - There is no pickup at the EDS Auction Center in Bloomington. Watch for your invoice email for address and details after the close of the auction on Friday. All pickups will be scheduled through Shipping Saints and you MUST SCHEDULE your pickup. Items not removed by 6:00 PM on Monday September 29 will become the property of the auction company. PREVIEW will be one day only - We will conduct an onsite preview Thursday, September 25, 2025 from 1PM to 6PM on site. Address will be mailed to all registered bidders on Thursday morning. Watch for signs on preview & pickup day. SHIPPING & PICKUP: There will be NO SHIPPING on this auction. All items are local pickup only. Logistics for this auction are challenging. Please schedule and be on time. If you buy large furniture please bring help and vehicles adequate for transport. We will have lots of staff to assist but this will be a very busy pickup and time will be of the essence to make it work. All items must be removed by Monday evening, Septemebr 29 at 6PM. NO EXCEPTIONS.
