Internet-only (timed) auction by Past Chapters Auctions LLC. 3rd Annual Vinyl Record, Music & Media Rarities Auction.
Bidding opens on Thursday 7/9 at 7:00 PM & lots start closing (every 30 seconds) on Sunday 8/2 at 6:00 PM (ET). Every lot is a soft close which means any bids that are entered in the last 1 minute will add 1 additional minute to that lot. Other lots will proceed to close as scheduled. Please get your bids in early! Buyers Premium is 18%. 6% Virginia sales tax added to all invoices (unless valid exemption form is emailed prior to the auction end date, send to: [email protected]). Credit card authorization is required for bidding. When registering to bid, the registered bidder must be the same as the cardholder on file. If the name of the bidder does not match the billing information, your bids may be declined by Past Chapters (in order to reduce potential fraudulent transactions); bidding may be permitted once the registration is corrected. Once the auction is complete, all credit card payments will be processed & winning bidders will receive a text/email from Shipping Saint on behalf of Past Chapters, confirming if items are to be picked up in person, or shipped in house. PICK UP: For in person pick up, item removal is on the following dates (no appointment needed): Thurs. 8/6: 12 PM-7 PM, Fri. 8/7: 12 PM-7 PM, Sat. 8/8: 12 PM-7 PM or Sun. 8/9: 12 PM - 7 PM. Address: 1123 Alverser Drive, Midlothian, VA 23113. Please bring your own packing materials & boxes (we do not provide those). If items are not picked up in allotted time frame or shipping authorized & paid for, bidder forfeits right to the item(s). SHIPPING: For shipping eligible items, bidder is responsible to pay shipping costs. All shipments will be insured & the cost included in the shipping charges (as well as the cost of materials & handling, and a $5 per package fee), which bidder is responsible for payment. All shipping-eligible items will be shipped in house (we only ship items that we are confident will make it to our customers safely and efficiently; we do not accept prepaid shipping labels or 3rd party shipping labels, all items must ship on our account). Shipping Saint, on behalf of Past Chapters, will notify buyer as items move through the shipping process. If more than 1 lot is won, we will combine lots into 1 package when feasible. Buyer will be sent a separate shipping invoice via Shipping Saint & its the buyers responsibility to make payment within 72 hours of invoice (if we are running multiple auctions we will not hold items to combine shipping with a subsequent auction; shipping must be paid separately for each auction). Once payment is made, items will be shipped out within 7 days. We use competitive shipping costs. All shipments will be insured & the cost included in the shipping charges (as well as the cost of materials & handling). If an item is not eligible for shipping, it will be noted in the listing. Please DO NOT bid on these particular items, unless you can pick up. ITEM FORFEITURE: The credit card on file will be charged for the items when the auction closes. If the card is declined & replacement payment is not received with 72 hours of our notice to the buyer, buyer forfeits right to the item(s) and it becomes property of Past Chapters. Shipping cost is a separate payment to be made by the buyer via the email link provided through Shipping Saint (this will be sent once the items are packed & cost calculated). If shipping payment is not received within 72 of invoice, buyer forfeits right to the Item(s) and it becomes property of Past Chapters. If buyer chooses to pick up items and fails to do so on the allotted pick up days (and does not make alternate arrangements with us upon the close of auction), buyer forfeits right to the Item(s) and it becomes property of Past Chapters. We not store items and no refunds are offered. Past Chapters does not guarantee condition or authenticity of any items in this auction. Lots are sold as is (all sales final, no refunds); in person inspection is recommended. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine. Past Chapters has the right to refuse any bid/bidder.
