$10,000 Cashiers Check for Down Payment (non-refundable) on the day of the Auction.
Broker Participation: Available at 2%, with at least a 48 hour notice.
Closing: Approx. 30-45 days after auction.
Day of Closing will Accept Cash
Buyers Premium: A 10% Buyers Premium will be added over & above the high bid. That will equal the total price.
Example: a bid of $100,000 + 10% or $10,000 = $110,000 total price. Buyers Premium will be paid on day of closing.
