The main soil types are Drummer silty clay loam, Elburn silt loam, Dana silt loam and Raub silt loam. The Productivity Index for the soils on tract 2 is 138.4. USDA CRP: The current CRP contract expires on September 30, 2033. Seller shall transfer all rights and obligations of the contract to the Buyer(s). Seller shall retain all CRP income for 2025.
