20029 - QUALITY RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT, FOUR OAKS

The NC Seafood Restaurant at the Farmer's Market has changed management and is going through a complete remodeling. All FF&E from the previous operators has been moved to our warehouse and must be sold. Everything was working when they shut down due to the COVID-19 lockdown.In addition we have items from a 2 year old burger restaurant that has been purchased by a national pizza chain and will be repurposed. SOME OF THESE ITEMS ARE OR LOOK TO BE BRAND NEWFinally, we have items from an upscale retirement community in Wake County, currently remodeling one of their kitchens. They purchased a set of pizza ovens from us out of the Komada Grill and never installed them. Komada used them for about 1 year.
