Important Shipping Update!!! All shipping arrangements must now be made through Shipping Saint. After the auction closes, all customers will receive a text message to confirm either their pickup time or their shipping details. Shipping Saint is now fully integrated with our trusted shipping provider, Carolina Services & Crating. This integration allows the shipping company to receive detailed order information for each customer. They will correspond with you directly via text regarding shipping bill payment, provide tracking information, and keep you updated on the shipping process from start to finish. ________________________________________ Auction Details: - Location: 2748 Cultra Road, Conway, SC 29526 - Preview Date: Thursday, October 9th from 9AM-3PM - Auction Closing: Thursday, October 9th at 2PM - items per minute will close at this time. - Payment: A non-refundable deposit of up to $2,000 will be processed immediately after the auction via credit card. The remaining balance is due on the pick-up day. For amounts less than $2,000, payment must be made in full. - Pick-Up and Shipping: Friday, October 10th from 8AM-3PM. A text will be sent after the auction to confirm shipping or pickup. ALL shippers Must confirm shipping. - Tips for Auction Staff: While tipping is not required, tips are greatly appreciated by the auction staff who assist with collecting and moving items for customers during pick-up. These tips help acknowledge the hard work and effort of our team in ensuring a smooth and efficient pick-up process. - Terms and Conditions: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS," with all faults. A 13% Buyer's Premium applies to all sales. All sales are final. ________________________________________ Additional Information: - Item Removal: Buyers are responsible for removing their items. Any items not picked up by the designated pick-up deadline will be considered abandoned property. The auctioneer reserves the right to resell these items and retain the proceeds. - Buyer's Premium & Sales Tax: A 13% Buyer's Premium will be added to the high bid amount. Applicable sales tax of 8% will apply unless the buyer has a retail sales license on file. - Payment: All payments must be completed on the pick-up day. - Transportation: Buyers are responsible for arranging transportation for all items. Shipping is available through Carolina Relocation Services LLC (CRS). Please ensure that your FFL is in contact with us for transfers out of state. - Transfer Location for Non-Licensees: Firearm transfers must be completed at John T. Henry Auction Co., located at 2748 Cultra Rd, Conway, SC 29526. All firearm transfers will require completion of Form 4473 and a successful background check. Background checks and transfers are conducted at John T. Henry Auction Co.
