Auction Closing: Tuesday, October 7th at 6:00 PM (5 lots will close per minute). Pick-Up & Clean-Out: Wednesday, October 8th - Friday October 10th 8AM-5PM All purchased units must be completely emptied and broom swept by Friday, October 10th at 5:00 PM. Any items left behind will result in a $150 clean-out fee, and the buyer will be permanently banned from bidding in future auctions. Bid responsibly. Buyers will receive an email after the auction with a paid invoice and a gate code, which will only be valid for the pickup time provided. Payment: Credit cards on file will be charged immediately following the close of the auction for the full purchase amount. Shipping: No shipping available. Buyers must remove items in person.
