Depression Glass was produced in the United States during the Great Depression era from the 1920s to the 1940s. Characterized by its colours, intricate patterns and affordable price making it popular during the difficult economic times.

Often made in large quantities by machine resulting in slight imperfections and variations in colour and design.

Some of the most popular patterns are the Cameo pattern, the Cherry Blossom pattern and the floral Mayfair pattern. Depression Glass was produced in a variety of colors including pink, green, blue and amber.
