All bidding will take place and all bids must be placed online through our online bidding platform on our website. Please review all terms and conditions before you register and bid. Auctioneer's Note: This is just the initial upload. check back in the next couple of days as more lots will be added to this auction. Full catalog will be up and running by Saturday evening. Should be a good sale for everyone. Public open house to view items before you bid will be held Tuesday March 19th from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm EST and any time during available business hours before the end of the auction. Please call for appointment if needed. Pick up and checkout dates are Thursday March 21st from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm EST and Friday March 22nd from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm EST. Please read Shipping/Pick up tabs for more detailed information. Note: There are no open dates for pick up outside dates listed as we will be closed from March 23rd until April 1st. Everything must be picked up within the dates listed. Special Note: Starting January 1st 2019 we will be strictly adhering to our non payment/pick up policy. Everything must be picked up and paid for within times and dates provided. Those who do not pay for their items by the final pick up time listed will have their credit card on file charged for the full amount plus fees. There will be a $5 per day storage fee until items are picked up. If not picked up within 7 days items will be considered abandoned and resold for storage. If the credit card on file is declined for any reason bidder will be blocked from bidding on future auction on our site until a $35 reinstatement fee is paid plus any outstanding balance due after items are resold. All of this can be avoided with a simple phone call before the final pick up time to make other arrangements if needed and available. We are usually easy to work with as long as people communicate with us. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
