All bidding will take place and all bids must be placed online through our online bidding platform on our website. Please review all terms and conditions before you register and bid.Auctioneer's Note - There will be absolutely NO SHIPPING for this auction do to the type of sale it is. Also everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception as we will be closing on December 14th until after the new year.This auction features some very nice items from furniture, silver coins, paper money, tools, tool boxes, new in box items, benefit items for Silver Trails Venturing Crew, household items, decorative and much more.Public open house to view items before you bid will be held Tuesday December 10th from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm EST and any time during available business hours before the end of the auction. Please call for appointment if needed.Pick up and checkout dates are Thursday December 12th from 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm EST and Friday December 13th from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm EST. Please read Shipping/Pick up tabs for more detailed information.Special Note: Starting January 1st 2019 we will be strictly adhering to our non payment/pick up policy. Everything must be picked up and paid for within times and dates provided. Those who do not pay for their items by the final pick up time listed will have their credit card on file charged for the full amount plus fees. There will be a $5 per day storage fee until items are picked up. If not picked up within 7 days items will be considered abandoned and resold for storage. If the credit card on file is declined for any reason bidder will be blocked from bidding on future auction on our site until a $35 reinstatement fee is paid plus any outstanding balance due after items are resold. All of this can be avoided with a simple phone call before the final pick up time to make other arrangements if needed and available. We are usually easy to work with as long as people communicate with us. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
