All items sell as is, as found with no attempt to improve. This home is in beautiful condition and has a true pride of ownership. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7:30 pm on Tuesday April 9th with 1 lot closing every 12 seconds. Pick up is from 9 am until 5 pm on Saturday April 11 No assistance will be provided for removal or loading of any items so please bring any necessary tools and assistance. There is a 10% buyers premium added to all winning bids to offset the fees associated with online auctions.
