St Charles Estate Auction

This is an online only auction to liquidate a home in St. Charles, MO. All items sell as is, as received with no attempt to improve. There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to all bids. This auction has a soft close beginning at 7 pm on Monday, July 10th with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is from Noon til 6 on Tuesday, July 12th at the home. Shipping is provided by the UPS store. We do not have any control over the price and / or fees associated with shipping. If you require shipping please let us know in the Notes to Auctioneer section at registration and / or reply to your invoice for shipping. A $5 fee will be charged by the courier to transport to the UPS store.
