All items are sold as is, where is with no warranties or representations expressed or implied. You must be able to pass a background check if bidding on firearms. No refunds will be issued if you fail background check. Firearms will be processed through Toliver's Pawn & Gun Manchester, TN. Buyer will be responsible for background check fee and transfer fee to Tolliver's Pawn & Gun Manchester, TN. Firearms will be sold live and online webcast auction. After selling, buyer is responsile for the firearm price paid to Exit Realty Bob Lamb Auction Division.
