ALL BIDDING IS done online.One 2-hour live preview for this auction Sunday July 25th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. The physical address is 839 La Vega Court SW, Albuquerque NM 87105. The location is occupied and has security in place - do not attempt to visit outside of the times of the open preview or your pick-up appointment.PICKUP APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED! - The onsite location is small with limited parking available. Please bring bags, boxes and containers for your items. Bring help to load items as help will not be available. Buyers not picking up their lots will be barred from bidding at future auctions.FIRST LOT ENDS at 6:00pm with subsequent lots ending every 10 seconds. If a lot receives a bid within 2 minutes of ending, the closing time for that lot will be extended 2 minutes for each bid received until no other bids are made.WE ARE REQUIRED to collect sales taxes.
