Restaurant Equipment & Real Estate Auction 10-18-2019

We have been commissioned by Lacny Properties, the secured creditor of the real estate and equipment located at the historical restaurant at the intersection of Louisiana Highway 171 and Highway 3015. This will give our bidders an opportunity to own a historical building in downtown Grand Cane, Louisiana! There are actually two buildings being sold together, which are now adjoined together to make up a beautiful historical restaurant with an attached banquet room. The brick building was originally built in 1899 but was completely restored and updated after a fire in 2007. That building is approximately 2,454 square feet and the adjoining building is believed to have been constructed in the early 1950's and is approximately 1,138 square feet. The second building is currently used for a banquet room and office for the restaurant. The restaurant was closed in late September and has been reacquired by the secured creditor, Lacny Properties, LLC. The restaurant equipment, fixtures, and furnishings are being sold separately in this same auction since there are many possible uses for this property.
