BIDDING TIPS :
1. Enter your Maximum Bid and the software on your dashboard will bid the amount required to keep you on top of other bidders up to your maximum amount to avoid missing out on an item as the action gets fast!!!

2. Do Not Miss Out - Please remember to "refresh" as time counts down. Every lot still closes on its individual clock, regardless of prior item still in action.

3. Our program is designed to simulate a live auction with bidding back and forth - Clock resets to 3 minutes when a bid is placed with less than 3 minutes remaining. If you are outbid with 2 minutes or 1 second left, the clock will reset to 3 minutes allowing you to bid again if you wish - YOU MUST "REFRESH" to see current time - Remember other lots still close on their own time - This is where entering max bid comes in handy.

Please note pick up information - We are NOT a storage facility and in no way store items after the designated pick up day, We do NOT have staff in warehouse on a daily basis and WILL NOT schedule any other pick up times after the designated day and time. Many times we are available the day after a sale for pick up - Example: Monday night auction w/ a Wednesday removal date, Tuesday can generally be arranged - Call Monday 8am-4pm and prior to biding to verify. Items not picked up are considered abandoned - you will be billed regardless of situation or circumstances if you fail to pick up the merchandise and items may be discarded or resold as property of the auction company (NOT re-consigned for winning bidder) as agreed to in Terms and Conditions prior to placing bids. Inspections / Pre-view : We invite you to come inspect the items prior to bidding. There is designated times for pre-view listed as "Inspection" date and time. You are also welcome to stop by anytime we are in the warehouse but please call ahead to verify if someone will be in.

We want you to get a good deal and be satisfied with your items BUT it is up to you to inspect the items to determine condition and functionality and bid accordingly. "New / Unused / Never in service" - meaning they where never installed and used in a commercial kitchen, many items that we can easily plug in and check functionality are ran for a period of time to verify cooling or freezing temperature is achieved, usually an hour or less but possibly over night - Items are always sold as is, where is. PERIOD. Items can have shipping damage such as dings, dents, scratches, missing pieces, broken knob, parts or simply damaged original packing material, please inspect for yourself.
