We have an amazing property in southeast Randolph County being offered for sale for the first time in almost 30 years! We have an +/- 17 acres that can be used a variety of different ways.Tract 1 There is a +/- 5.25 acre parcel that has a garage/barn. There is electric service, a septic system, and well on the property, none of which we know much about. The residential dwelling on the property has been removed since pictures were taken.Tract 2 - The second parcel contains +/- 12 acres and has road frontage to US Highway 36.
