The property will sell subject to the owner's acceptance of the final bid. $10,000 non-refundable deposit is due in cash or certified funds from the successful bidder within 24 hours of the close of the online auction. The closing will take place approximately 60 days from the close of the auction (July 15, 2022) and is not contingent on the buyer's ability to obtain funding.
