Charles and Jon are proud to bring you another great auction for JD's Realty and Auction. This home located in West Knoxville and is absolutely packed. There are several vintage items including furniture, toys, video games, kichenware, decor, and more. There is a Shop Smith, Generac generator, lawn mowers, and a whole garage full. There are some large lots in this auction, but unfortunately, no dumpster. You will be responsible for emptying all your items. Please keep this in mind when bidding.NOTICE: Due to an abuse of us transporting items to our shipper, if you pick up your items at the shipper instead of having them shipped, you will be assessed a surcharge. This will vary depending on the items transported. Minimal fee will be $10. Factors in fee will be distance from estate and size or quantity of items taken. This is to compensate our shipping partner and the person's gas and time transporting the items. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause. Please bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. Also, please note pick up days and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate. If you cannot make these times, then please do not bid. We will not be able to be at the estate other than the days posted for pick up.
