Living / Moving Estate of Bryan Griess of Hastings. Bryan & Kristi Eggers (Griess) of Sutton are now married, and both will be downsizing to move to their new home. Bryan is an avid outdoorsman. You will find a super nice collection of artwork including Wildlife - Eagles - Native American and many others. Most are artist signed and numbered. Very Nice Amish Table - Chairs - Buffet - Hutch and more. Kristi's auction will be listed in the near future. Lot 501 and up are items from multiple consignors (including some from Bryan Griess as noted in the ad). QUESTIONS?? Call 402-469-3834. THIS IS THE WAY WE DO THINGS: ALL INVOICES HAVE A 15% BUYERS PREMIUM. You will receive your UNPAID invoice within 2 hours of the close of the auction (so you know which items you have won). You cannot pay that invoice, this is for your viewing to see the items you have won. Pick up: Thursday - July 17th This auction will have 2 pick up locations. Lot #2 through 500 will be from a house. The address will be given ONLY to winning bidders the day of pick up. The pick up time for the house will be from NOON to 3 PM ONLY!!! There will be NO OTHER PICK UP TIMES FOR THIS LOCATION. Lot numbers 501 and up will be at our normal location = 928 S Denver Ave in the garage. If you have furniture from the first location (Lot #2 - #500) , please make sure to arrive in time to have your items removed by 3 pm as the doors will be locked at 3 pm on the nose. Lots #501 and up, the pick up will be from 3:30 to 6PM. at our regular location - 928 S Denver Ave in the garage. If you have items that need shipped from the house location - there will be a $2.50 additional per lot transfer fee for items being moved from the house to our shipping location. This is capped at $20.00 - so anything over 8 lots is included in the $20.00 charge. If you choose to pickup, you can pay with CASH - (NO CHECKS) OR you can use your card in person with an added 3.5% card fee. Need shipping? Read below carefully-- ALL OUT OF STATE invoices - We will run your card on file with HiBid within 7 days ( by Saturday 07/20 by 5PM) of the auction end for the invoice total only!! We automatically assume that all out of state winners will need shipping UNLESS you reply PICKUP to your invoice by 10 am the morning after the auction. Out of State Winners -There is no need to message unless you will be picking up, this only fills up our email and is not necessary. In state bidders needing shipping must reply SHIP by 10 am the day after the auction OR if no message we will send a Square Request on Monday 07/21) by 5PM . ANYONE needing shipping: You MUST WATCH your email for a Square Request to make payment for the Shipping & Handling. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. You can even wait until 5 PM Sunday to look for it, however items are wrapped in order of payment received. PLEASE MAKE NOTE: WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR CARD for the shipping & handling portion. WE WILL NOT CONTACT YOU. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBLILITY TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR THE SQUARE REQUEST. We hope to have ALL Shipping & Handling Square Requests out by Sunday (07/20 @ 5PM). PLEASE BE PATIENT. There is NO NEED TO CALL (unless you have waited until 5 PM Sunday and did not receive a Square Request or a message with reason of delay). You have 2 Days from receipt of the Square Request (BY 5PM Tuesday 05/22) to pay this invoice. WE DO NOT HAVE TIME TO CONTACT EACH PERSON, BE RESPONSIBLE AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS HEREIN. Items will ship out in order of payment received on the Square Request. We reserve the right to donate items if the shipping and handling is not paid within 48 hours (2 days) - TUESDAY - 07/22 @ 5pm. We have limited help for shipping so it is VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU PAY AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
