This Estate includes items from a previuos auction that were not pick-up which includes a nice collection of china sets that have never been used such as Royal Doughton, Wedgewood, Royal Albert, Waterford, Lenox, Mikasa, Noritake and some others. There are also many nice oriental wool and silk rugs and LLadro. This Estate comes from a smoke free, and pet free home. Very few items show less than perfect condition. Preview Day will be Wed. July 5th @ 9a.m. to 5p.m. at 7741 Bayhill Dr. Indpls In 46236 . There will be a 10% buyers premium with items to be paid for by Credit Card or wire transfer or cash at pick-up. Local pick up will be available once items are paid. Shipping will be offered and all packing and shipping of merchandise will be at the risk and expense of the buyer.
