General Description: Selling will be a 72.47 acre farm located in Caledonia Twp, O'Brien County, Iowa. This farm is level to gently sloped with a narrow grass waterway. Soil types on the farm consist of the Galva, Primghar, Marcus, and Colo series. The average CSR-1 on the tillable acres is 73.1 and the average CSR-2 is 94.5. There are approximately 67.5 tillable acres. Brief Legal Description: The N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 except Parcel C in Section 32-94-42, O'Brien County, Iowa. Property contains 72.47 acres.
