Louisiana Timberman's Association Online Bankruptcy Auction

We have been commissioned by the United States Bankruptcy Court to conduct an online only auction to liquidate the assets of the Louisiana Timberman's Association. Lawler Auctions will conduct an online internet auction that will begin to close on Monday, October 15, 2018 beginning at 2:00 p.m. CST, beginning with Lot # 1, and then each subsequent lot thereafter will close seconds behind the other until the auction is completely closed. Each time a last minute bid is received, it will extend the bidding approximately two minutes allowing other bidders a chance to raise their bid. Bids may be received anytime beginning after September 15, 2018 until the auction closes on October 15, 2018. Buyers will have one day to pick up and retrieve their items. Lawler Auctions will have staff onsite to check receipts on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 from 9am to 4pm. There will be a 10% Buyer's Premium charged to buyers on all purchases. Payment may be made by wire transfer or credit card, and payment is due on the day of the auction. Cash will only be accepted at Lawler Auctions offices located at 7781 Highway 1 North, Shreveport, LA. 71107. A preview and inspection day will be held on the day of the auction (October 15, 2018) from 9am to 12pm only.
