Having sold their home William and Judy Hilliard will offer the remaining contents of their home at public auction Saturday July 9th 9am.More details coming soon. Bidding is available online for absentee bidding only! These bids will be brought to the live auction and used to bid competitively with the live auction. If you plan to attend the live auction there is no reason to register or bid online. This is a LIVE ON-SITE AUCTION with online absentee bids accepted. If you want to bid live you will need to come to the auction location. If you can't make it to the auction, you may leave an absentee bid which will be used to bid competitively with the public at the live auction. Absentee bids will be accepted until Friday July 8th at 8pm. All successful online bidders credit cards will be charged immediately after the live auction with a 13% Buyers Premium. Online purchases will need to be picked Monday July 11th 5:30PM-6:30 PMAny large items not picked up by Monday July 11th 6:30pm will be considered abandoned. Any invoices with small items not picked up will be charged a $20 handling fee and can be picked up at our office by scheduling an appointment. If not picked up within 14 days, the purchases will be considered abandoned.
