Lake St Louis Estate Auction

This is an online only auction to liquidate a beautiful home in Lake St Louis. All items were clean and well cared for and are ready for a new home. All items sell as is, as received with no attempt to improve. This home is a very cool MCM Yurt style home. This makes it a cool place, but the lighting is HORRIBLE. We brought lights in and this caused a glare. The furniture and items are typically a "lighter shade" than what is seen. This sale has a soft close beginning at 7:30 On October 18th with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is from Noon til 6 on October 20th. There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to all bids and shipping is offered by The UPS store and will be outsourced to them.
