Sellers have sold their home and are moving out of state. This auction includes a Dodge Pickup, a canoe, quality tools, hardware, lumber, garage and shop supplies, sports & fishing items, Hamm's Beer memorabilia, and collectibles. This auction has a 13% buyers premium. If a bidder is tax exempt, they must email their tax exemption form to mark@lakecountrysales.com before bidding. At conclusion of auction, buyer's credit card on file will be charged the hammer price + 13% buyers premium + applicable sales tax. Credit card payment will not be accepted for this item. Pickup time is absolute and rescheduling for later date & time will not be allowed as site of auction has been sold.
