We cannot store your auction items for multiple weeks. Items NOT REMOVED from our facility within your designated pick up days will be re-sold to cover storage expenses with no refund given. If you have been given prior permission to be on our 2-WEEK LIST then this applies after the 2 week period expires.--------------------------------------------PICKUP LOCATION:Local pick-up is at our warehouse in Hamlin Industrial Park at 1775 W. Hamlin Rd, Suite B, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 unless otherwise noted.**We are located to the East of Royce Haley Dr. (Google Maps is wrong sometimes).We are on the front corner of the 3rd building in the Hamlin Industrial Park complex. Pull up to the side of the building near the big garage door.--------------------------------------------SHIPPING (please read Lot 1B for full details):We also ship ELIGIBLE items within the continental US & Canada.. No other international shipping, except Canada. Canadians, please be aware that the actual shipping costs can be expensive for you and you are responsible for any customs or duties fees. Lots that we can ship will say "Shipping Available". If it does not say this on that specific lot, then WE CANNOT SHIP the item. It is the bidder's responsibility to make sure their profile and shipping information is correct in his/her Hibid profile before bidding and before they register for the auction. It cannot be changed or updated once you have registered for that specific auction. We only ship to the Credit Card address on File on your Hibid Profile.--------------------------------------------PREVIEW OPTIONS:In person: Thursdays, 10am - 2pm, Fridays 10am- 5pm and Saturdays 10am - 2pm, please have your lot numbers ready.
