Units will be sold individually. When you make a bid you're bidding on the entire unit. How it works: We will open the door, give about 30-45 seconds for buyers to peek inside, and then we sell it. Buyers cannot enter or touch anything in the unit until they have paid in CASH!If the unit owners' pay back rents and all costs associated with preparing for the auction plus the look & cancellation fees, then the auction will be cancelled.
