LIVE bidding will be ONSITE and ONLINE (simulcast) at the property on Wednesday, October 16th. The REAL ESTATE will be offered at LIVE auction only at 6 pm on WEDNESDAY, October 16th.This is a stunning 10 acre property with an approximately 10,000 home with covered luxury resort style pool, pond, and stables. The real estate will be offered at LIVE AUCTION at 6 pm on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at the property. All real estate bidders MUST have a $25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand dollar) cashier's check in order to receive a bidder number. All cashier's checks will be immediately returned at the conclusion of the live auction with the exception of the high bidder's cashier's check. The high bidder's cashiers check will be submitted to the real estate agent/ broker at the conclusion of the auction if the bid amount is acceptable to the seller. This is an auction with reserve and the real estate will be sold subject to the seller's acceptance of the high bidders offer. If the high bid is accepted by the seller, the real estate agent/ broker will write a contract and the cashier's check will be sent to the title company in escrow. All real estate bidders may contact the realtor in order to preview the property. All bidders are welcome to inspect the property with his or her own appraiser and/or inspector, prior to the live auction. The property will be sold subject to no contingencies. Should the bidder choose not to close after the high bid has been accepted by the seller, the bidder will forfeit his or her cashier's check in the amount of $25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand) dollars. There is no buyer's premium charged on the real estate. The successful high bidder will pay a $15,000 auction fee if the high bid is accepted by the seller. The auction fee is non-refundable if the bidder is unable to close on the property. If the seller in unable to close on the property, then the cashier's check of $25,000, as well as the auction fee will be returned to the bidder. Bidding may also be made at the property on the final online auction date of October 16, 2019. Personal property may be viewed and bid on for onsite bidders on October 16, 2019 beginning at 2 pm. Onsite payments from successful high bidders may be made in cash or with cashier's check, money orders. Online bidders may pay by credit card or bank wire. All payments must be made within 24 hours on the close of the auction of personal property. Removal of merchandise will begin at the immediate conclusion of the auction and for the two days following the auction. Shipping is available on all non furnishing items and will be paid for by the bidder.
