Tuesday, November 13, 2018 78.09 surveyed acres in Center Twp, O'Brien County Sale Time: 10:30 AM To be sold from the Sanborn Community Building Grace Dean Farm, Inc Location: From the east side of Sanborn, IA go 1 mile east on Hwy 18, then 1 1/2 miles south on Hwy 59 OR from Primghar, IA go 5 1/2 miles north on Hwy 59. Auction signs will be posted. General Description: Selling will be an excellent inside 78.09 surveyed acre farm located in Center Twp, O'Brien County, Iowa. This farm is level to gently sloped and the soil types on the farm consist of the Primghar, Marcus, Galva & Ransom series. The average CSR-1 on the tillable acres is 78.2 and the average CSR-2 is 98.9. The farm is all tillable excluding road and ditch. There is a highline tower and easement on the property towards the east side of the farm. Brief Legal Description: N 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 6-96-40, O'Brien County, Iowa.
