As the longtime President and CEO of Chula Vista Resort, Fred followed in the footsteps of his father, Joe Kaminski, continuing a proud family tradition in Wisconsin Dells. For 25 years, Fred helped grow the resort into one of the Midwest's premier destinations, eventually passing the reins to his sons in 1991.Beyond his leadership in the hospitality industry - highlighted by his service as a past President of the Wisconsin Innkeepers Association- Fred was a man of diverse talents and boundless curiosity. A skilled pianist, a licensed pilot, he had an unquenchable thirst for exploration. Alongside his beloved wife Shirley and their family, Fred journeyed across the globe, from the vast plains of Africa to the vibrant cultures of Europe and the rugged beauty of Alaska and Canada.As a dedicated member of Safari Club International, Fred was also an accomplished big game hunter. his lifelong pursuit of wildlife conservation and ethical hunting took him to the wilds of South Africa, Zimbabwe and Tanzania, among many other destinations. His collection of trophy mounts - now available through this Online Auction - stands as a testament to a lifetime of travel, adventure and respect for the natural world.Fred Kaminski's legacy lives on through his family, his contributions to the Wisconsin tourism industry and his remarkable collection - each piece telling a story of challenge, discovery and the thrill of the great outdoors.Enjoy the Auction!
