This sale features the lifelong Winchester collection of respected Gladwin, MI builder and businessman David Cady along with many more! Dave had a great eye for original honest condition pre-64 "working man" Winchesters including America's sweetheart, the Winchester Model 42 .410. He tracked down most of his collection hidden throughout Michigan. ALL FFL rules apply and Federal Form 4473's must be completed. NOTE: We are already preparing for our next firearms auction and the spots are filling quickly with over 150 firearms currently allocated. Credit Cards will NO longer be accepted from OUT OF STATE BUYERS. We will hold your won firearms in our vault free of charge until prompt payment is received.- Bidders must be able to legally own a firearm in order to bid, if a bidder does not believe they will pass a federal NICS check we kindly ask you DO NOT bid.- Winning bidders must bring a case and or trigger lock to exit the facility, none will be provided. IF you forget you will be required to purchase a case in order to LEGALLY exit the facility.- Must be 18 to purchase a long gun and 21 to purchase a hand gun.- MI CPL's are no longer a substitute to the NICS check as per current legal standings.- John Peck Auctions DOES offer nationwide shipping through UPS exceptions are HAZMAT. - Pickup date and time is THURSDAY 9/30/2021 from 11 AM until 4 PM at the Gladwin Gun Vault located at 27 E. M-61 Gladwin, MI 48624-Any and all items must be picked up on the pickup day unless other arrangements have been made. - YOUR credit card on file WILL NOT be charged unless you request it be charged for won items.- The credit card used to register will automatically be charged the full amount of any won items after 48 hours of the auction if payment has not been made.- All bidders must be at least 18 years or older to bid on most items and 21 to Purchase Handguns (You must possess a purchase permit or MI CPL to purchase a handgun). NO EXCEPTIONS- All successful bidders will be charged a 8% internet premium if paying with credit card.- All successful bidders will be charged a 5% internet premium if paying with cash or check.- MI 6% sales tax WILL be collected at this sale - NOTE: we have reduced our internet premium to compensate the tax as a courtesy to our valued customers- Cash, MI Check or Credit Card is accepted for IN STATE, Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order for OUT OF STATE ONLY- Items can be paid for on the scheduled pickup date.- The pickup location for items will be contained on the paid invoice of successful bidders/buyers location is The Gladwin Gun Vault.- IF you are a Federal Dealer please bring your FFL and Tax Exemption to pick up- IF you are an OUT OF STATE BIDDER, Ensure the firearms you are bidding on can be legally owned in your state.
