Our clients have decided to hit the road. They are packing whatever fits in their Winnebago and we're selling the rest. Those who have followed our auctions over the years know that I refrain from auctioneer hyperbole. Our catalog descriptions are purposefully matter of fact, lacking the subjective superlatives referred to in my East Tennessee auction days as the “finest I ever seen” approach. That fact noted, I can state without concern for contradiction, that the “Everything & The Kitchen Sink’ downsizing auction is likely the most diverse collection of quality, usable items for sale at absolute auction that bidders and buyers will encounter in our area this year. PLEASE NOTE: If you are the winning bidder and fail to pay for your items, you will be banned from participating in any future auctions conducted by The Renaissance Auction Group. Onsite Preview: Saturday June 29th 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM Fleetwood, PA & Sunday June 30th 12:00 PM (Noon) - 3:00 PM (address published prior to preview). Uncataloged items from the estate will be for sale at the onsite preview and pickup. Auction Lot #1 begins closing at 7:07 PM Sunday June 30th. Lots will close consecutively in thirty second intervals. For any item that receives a bid in the last two minutes, the bidding on that item will extend for another two minutes and continue to do so in two-minute intervals until closing once no bids are received in the final two minutes that item is open. Payment will be accepted by MC / Visa, cash or check. We do not accept PayPal. A valid credit card is required for online registration. No PA sales tax will be charged for items purchased in this onsite estate auction. Item Pick-Up: Tuesday July 2nd 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Saturday July 6th 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Please bring adequate assistance to load your items. No onsite labor will be available for loading your purchases. Uncataloged items from the estate will be for sale at the onsite preview and pickup.
