Complete House and Outer Buildings Contents Occupant has been living on the property since 1935. Property has been sold and all contents must be emptied. Not much furniture but lots of collectables and other items. Most will be sold by the box or boxes. Lots of antique architectural salvage, tools, 1930s Dewalt tools, antique wood work tables and cabinets and much more.Some highlights:TRAIN COLLECTION - N scale train items -183 total engines and cars plus track, switches, transformers, wiring, track nails, etc.EL RANCHO SAN ANTONIO PAINTED PLATES (Last surviving two-story adobe house in California) by Henry C. Heumann. Black glass with gold image and lettering.CARTOON CELLS - four hand-painted cartoon movie cells painted by Hanna-Barbera Studios cartoonist Ned Dufourg. REPLAY DISC BOXES - Iggy Su Computer Magnetic Corp., of Burbank, CA - Solid wooden box-carrying cases were built to hold the newly invented, original, Television Instant Replay Disks for TV stations which televised golf, football, baseball and other sports as the use of these instant-replay disk expanded into televised sports world-wide. These boxes are all handmade and likely the only remaining piece of this history still around.ARCHITECTURAL SALVAGE - Window glass and frames are original from that period of 40s - 50s. Also there is a wide assortment of reclaimed wood and doors.
