Virtual Live Online Bidding will start at 10am on Sat, March 13, 2021.Epic Spring Sporting VIRTUAL Live AuctionThis auction will be virtual with online bidding, phone bids, and absentee bids only. There is NO Live in person bidding for this auction due to the pandemic. There is no preview for this auction. The firearms are not being stored in Leslie.This auction features over 100 firearms including some amazing shotguns, military firearms, and the normal assortment of pistols, rifles, revolvers, black power, and air guns. There are also a large number of lots of ammunition. The time to stock up is NOW!Pickup for online purchases will be Monday, March 15 by appointment only.Pickup times MUST be scheduled. We will not have people waiting in our building. The online signup link will be provided along with your paid invoice. All invoices will be charged to your credit card on file at the end of the auction. No payments permitted at pickup.- US Bidders only.-All buyers will be required to fill out a Form 4473 unless the gun is black powder or air rifle.-NICS background checks will be conducted on ALL guns unless you are an FFL.-A Michigan CPL no longer expempts you from a full NICS Check per a letter sent to all Michigan FFL's from the ATF on March 3, 2020. We must run a NICS check even if you have your MI CPL. No exceptions.- Trigger locks will be available.- Out of state buyers who pass the NICS check will be able to take their long guns home with them.- For out of state buyers, handguns will be shipped to your local FFL dealer for transfer unless you have a FFL.- All guns are sold in as-is condition. We do NOT guarantee the make, model, caliber, or working condition of any firearm. The absence of a condition report does not indicate that there are no issues with the gun.-$25 fee per long gun and $15 per handgun for FFL transfer, shipping, and the actual cost of shipping.-We will not ship to states with laws preventing the import of any specific firearms, ammunition, or accessories. Buyers are responsible for knowing the laws in their specific state. No refunds for purchases made that cannot be shipped to you. The items will be resold in a later auction and we will pay out the proceeds to the buyer at that time.
