Bidder MUST have a valid Indiana photo ID with your CURRENT address on it. If you have an old address on your photo ID when you come to pick up - you will be denied the firearm. This is the law and as a holder of a Federal Firearms License we must comply with these laws. There is NO exceptions.3.) Bidder MUST pass a legal background check. You will fill out a handwritten form supplied by the ATF (Form 4473) and a background check will be submitted on our premises on pick up day. Please plan accordingly to fill out paperwork and submit an online background check.4.) Absolutely NO out of state gun sales - we do not offer any shipping and we do not do any FFL transfers out of state. If you are not an Indiana resident with a current Indiana photo ID... do NOT bid.5.) Whoever is registered under the Hibid account must be the person who comes on pick up day to complete the background check. You can NOT purchase firearms on someone else's behalf. If we suspect this is happening, we have the right to deny the transaction and you will be denied the firearm!6.) All guns are sold according to local, state, and federal licensing laws. This is NOT something that we take lightly. All rules, regulations and laws will be 100% abided by. All items will not be out on open display so again, you must know the lot number. Do not bid on items if you cannot pick them up on this day.*REGISTRATION 2 STEP VERIFICATION POLICY: To protect our sellers and buyers, ALL registered bidders will require an email verification to authenticate registration and get bid approval. What this means: upon registration you will receive an automated email from us (email is titled: "response required to complete earls online registration"), you must respond to that email in order to be approved to bid. If you register and bid without responding to that email, your bids will be not be accepted. This is a manual approval so approval can take a couple of hours. Your bids will be marked "pending" until they are approved. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Do not wait until the auction closes to register & place your bids or you might not be approved in time before the item closes. This is a one time verification process - you will only need to verify your email one time. All invoices must be paid in full & picked up during the allotted time frame advertised (unless prior arrangements have been made). At the close of the pick up hours, any unpaid invoice that is remaining will be deemed forfeited and that account will be permanently banned from bidding on our site. This gives other interested bidders time to raise their bid before the lot closes.A "staggered" ending means that each lot will close 30 seconds after the previous lot so that all lots do not end at the same time. This allows bidders to have time to bid on multiple items they may be interested in.
