This is a delinquent storage unit auction, each unit being listed in our catalog. Each unit will be sold to the highest bidder There will be a 10% buyer premium on each unit won. There will be NO TAX charged on this auction. There is no preview for this auction. All bidding is done online. If any delinquent renter pays their back rent that unit will be deleted from the auction. No units can be removed once bidding is open.FIRST LOT ENDS at 6:00pm with subsequent lots ending every 30 seconds. If a lot receives a bid within 2 minutes of ending, the closing time for that lot will be extended 2 minutes for each bid received until no other bids are made.Payment will be at East Central Self Storage, 10801 Central Ave NE. Winning bidders that fail to pay will be barred from bidding at future auctions.- winning bidders will receive an invoice Tuesday night, via email, to present to the building Manager- invoice must be paid for IN CASH to the building Manager before contents removal begins- Available times for payment /removal Thursday (12pm to 5pm), Friday & Saturday (10am to 5pm)- A $50 refundable cash cleaning deposit must also be paid before contents removal begins- units must be empty and broom swept clean to receive your $50 cleaning deposit- Dumpster on site may be used with Manager approval only - space is limited- All units will be locked at 5pm on Saturday, any remaining contents & your cash deposit will be forfeited
