TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Possession: With deed. Real Estate: 10% day of auction, with balance due on or before 30 days. 2020 Taxes to be prorated. There will be a 10% Buyer’s Premium added to the final bid on the real estate to determine the overall contract sales price. Credit cards & debit cards are also accepted with a 3% fee day of auction. 6% sales tax will be added to all personal property unless tax exempt.
