Charles and Jon are proud to bring you another great auction for JD's Realty and Auction. A mechanic's garage in downtown Rocky Top with some quality tools. There is just about anything you would need to work on a car in this auction. Several brand name tools such as Snap-On, Mac, Matco, Cornwell, Craftsman, and more. An 80 gallon air compressor, an Ammco brake lathe, and a tire changer are some of the bigger items also included in this auction. Be aware that this is a 1 day pickup only. Please read all dates before bidding. Thank you.NOTICE: Due to an abuse of us transporting items to our shipper, if you pick up your items at the shipper instead of having them shipped, you will be assessed a surcharge. This will vary depending on the items transported. Minimal fee will be $10. Factors in fee will be distance from estate and size or quantity of items taken. This is to compensate our shipping partner and the person's gas and time transporting the items. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause. Please bring help to load heavy items and large lots of items. Also, please note pick up days and times. These are the only days we will be at the estate. If you cannot make these times, then please do not bid. We will not be able to be at the estate other than the days posted for pick up.
