April 2019 Consignemt Auction Highlights: Antiques, Collectibles, Tools, Furniture, Household Goods, and much more! Closing begins Wed., April 24, 7:00PM Inspection Dates: Mon, April 22, 2 - 7PM, & Wed, April 24, 2 - 6PM Pickup: Thurs. April 25: 8am to 7pm & Fri. April 26 by appointment Becker Auction Warehouse 508 W. Stevens Ave, Rushford, MN. All items must be picked up by April 26th at 5:30 to avoid late fees or possibly forfeit of items. Items not picked up by the deadline will be subject to a $2 late/storage fee per day. 15% Buyers Premium on card & currency pay purcahses, 5% discount on cash and check purchases - and Sales Tax will be applied to all items. Buyer is solely responsible for the disassembly, loading and transport of all items. For liability reasons, Becker Auction staff cannot assist. Please bring assistance or tools if needed. Becker Auction does have 2 wheel carts on hand you are welcome to use. If you have special needs please let us know. We will do our best to assist with smaller items. Any large items you will have to bring help. All Items through Becker Auction are local pick up only, we are happy to ship smaller items. Shipping & handeling fees will apply. All Items are being sold "as is" with no warranty or returns. Descriptions and pictures are provided as a convenience and not any guarantee of condition. Buyer is responsible for inspecting all items before bidding. Buyer is accepting full responsibility for all purchases & will not hold Becker Auction liable for any reason. Becker Auction reserves the right to cancel any lot or sale at any point in time.
