The main soil types are Drummer silty clay loam, Elburn silt loam, Dana silt loam and Raub silt loam. The Productivity Index for the soils on tract 1 is 137.7. Tract 2: 108.68 +/- surveyed acres of exceedingly productive farmland with approximately 105.49 FSA tillable acres located in Section 32 of Elwood Township. The main soil types are Drummer silty clay loam, Elburn silt loam, Dana silt loam and Raub silt loam. The Productivity Index for the soils on tract 2 is 138.4. USDA FSA Data: According to the USDA FSA Office, this entire farm consists of 216.33 DCP Cropland acres with 213.09 Effective DCP Cropland acres classified non-HEL. Additionally, there is 3.24 acres of waterway enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program until September 30, 2033 with an annual payment of $972.00. Crop election choice is ARC County for both corn and soybeans. Wind Lease & Easement Agreement: Currently there is a wind lease and easement agreement on this farm with Vermilion Grove Wind, LLC. This agreement is for future development of underground cabling across the farm with a cable and royalty payment for easement.
