Oxley House Museum - Primatives - Tools

The Oxley House (cir 1851) is the oldest building in the Courthouse Square area of Independence KY. The long time Mayor of Independence, Marion Schadler, previously owned the Oxley House and curated the museum over many years. Mayor Schadler has since sold the property with all contents included. The new owners are preparing to renovate the property and have authorized Northern Kentucky Auction to sell all contents to the highest bidders regardless of price. This is by far the largest collection of pre 1900 furniture and tools I have ever come across. This will be online bidding only and will consists of 2 auctions.
